Bill Warburton has 20 years of experience in developing e-learning and e-assessment applications in the public and commercial sectors.  He is CAA Officer at the University of Southampton where he has an institutional role in coordinating CAA initiatives and specific responsibilities for managing the central QuestionMark Perception CAA system.  His research interests include the uptake of CAA in universities and optimising the usability of CAA systems.
